At SendMe, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every order. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns, refunds, or replacements are accepted for grocery, restaurant, and delivery orders placed through our platform.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Grocery Orders: Items are eligible for a return or refund if they are delivered in a damaged, expired, or incorrect condition. Claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Restaurant Orders: If your food order is incorrect, missing items, or of unacceptable quality, you may request a refund or replacement within 1 hour of delivery.
  • Send Anything Orders: If the item sent via our courier service is lost or damaged in transit due to our negligence, a refund or re-delivery will be offered after investigation.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable items (fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat) once delivered in acceptable condition.
  • Opened or partially consumed food and beverages.
  • Items damaged due to customer negligence after delivery.
  • Personal hygiene or healthcare products once delivered.

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund, please follow these steps:

  • Open the SEND ME app and navigate to your Order History.
  • Select the relevant order and tap "Report an Issue."
  • Provide a description and, if possible, attach photos of the issue.
  • Our support team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or as SEND ME wallet credits, as applicable. The exact timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Cancellations

  • Before Acceptance: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before the vendor or delivery partner accepts the order.
  • After Acceptance: Cancellations may not be accepted once the order is being prepared or is out for delivery. Partial refunds may apply at our discretion.
