SEND ME is committed to providing fast, reliable, and safe delivery services for groceries, restaurant food, and courier (send anything) orders. This Delivery Policy explains how our delivery process works and what you can expect as a customer.

1. Delivery Coverage

Our delivery services are available within designated service areas. You can check availability by entering your delivery address in the SEND ME app. We are continuously expanding our coverage to serve more locations.

2. Delivery Time

  • Grocery Orders: Estimated delivery time is 30–60 minutes, subject to availability and distance.
  • Restaurant Orders: Estimated delivery time is 20–45 minutes depending on preparation time and distance.
  • Send Anything (Courier): Delivery time varies based on pickup and drop-off locations. An estimated time will be shown before confirming your order.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, high demand, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance, order type, and applicable promotions. The applicable delivery fee will be clearly displayed before you confirm your order. SEND ME may offer free delivery promotions from time to time, subject to specific terms.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is confirmed, you can track your delivery in real-time through the SEND ME app. You will receive notifications at key stages — order accepted, out for delivery, and delivered.

5. Failed Deliveries

  • If our delivery partner is unable to reach you at the provided address, they will attempt to contact you via phone.
  • If you remain unreachable, the order may be cancelled and a refund may not be applicable for perishable or prepared food items.
  • Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are accurate when placing an order.

6. Delivery by Third Parties

Some deliveries may be fulfilled by third-party delivery partners. SEND ME ensures all delivery partners comply with our quality and safety standards. However, SEND ME is not responsible for delays or issues caused directly by circumstances beyond our control.

7. Special Instructions

You may add special delivery instructions (e.g., gate code, preferred drop-off location) when placing your order. While we will do our best to accommodate these, we cannot guarantee that all special requests will be fulfilled.
